Prices & payments
Prices and payment methods are as advertised on our Kidzspics website and will be subject to review by Kidzspics without notice. Pre existing prices and payment methods agreed with customers will not be affected by any changes.

Special promotional event prices and payment methods will be as advertised and agreed for the duration of the specific promotion. Prices and payment methods for special requests will be subject to costs that reflect individual requirements.

One special offer may be used per household and can not to be used in conjunction with any other Kidzspics offer, except by agreed arrangement with Kidzspics.

Specification of goods & services
A range of photographic sizes, formats and finishes are available on our Kidzspics website.

Delivery
Kidzspics will endeavour to meet the customers placed orders within 21 working days. This will be subject to external availability of services eg; Royal Mail, processors etc.

Retention of Title
All goods will remain the property of ‘Kidzspics’ until fully paid for.

Customer’s obligation
Customers are obliged to keep to agreed payment timescales unless an alternative to any written or verbal agreement has been mutually negotiated between Kidzspics and the customer.

Model Release
A model release form for minors (under 18’s) must be signed by a parent/guardian before publication on the public gallery or for photographs to be used for promotional purposes.

Limitation of liability
Kidzspics hold public liability insurance cover and photographers and any personnel representing Kidzspics may refuse to engage in any agreed photo shoot or other engagement if conditions are thought to be hazardous or potentially risky or dangerous to themselves or to the public.

Cancellation and refunds
When goods are ordered, a minimum deposit will be payable. For special promotional offers differing terms may apply, for example, one off reduced rate print offers may be payable in full at the time of the photo shoot depending on the event. If a customer should wish to cancel at any time, unless reasonable dissatisfied, then the deposit or payment made is non refundable and depending on where in the process the order is at the time of the cancellation then further costs may apply.

Alterations to orders
Alterations, changes and additions may be made to orders with the agreement of Kidzspics and will be dependent on where in the process the original order placed is at the time, when fee’s may apply.

Warranty
The paper used for the Kidzspics prints is Fuji Crystal Archive professional paper which is thicker than retail paper and guaranteed by Fuji.
