How It Works
BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Once you have made contact with our office, we will arrange a date for your photo shoot, at a time and location that suits you best. Evenings or weekends are possible, but you may have to wait longer. If you have any special requests or preferences, please let us know at this time and we will try to oblige. Top
DAY OF THE SHOOT
We will arrive on the predetermined day, to your home or on location with all the equipment we need to create your lasting images, including terry nappies for you to place over babies existing one for young babies. All you need to do is to make sure your ‘model’ is ready to go, with their favourite, toy, pet or person. Top
WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM THE SHOOT
You will have the opportunity to view some sample prints, whilst we are setting up.
We will also discuss with you what you hope to get from this photo shoot.

THE SHOOT
Once set up, the shoot only takes around 15 – 25 minutes depending on model and location.
The whole process is 45 minutes -1.5 hours depending on model, requests and location. Top
PRE – PRINTING
The pictures are taken back to our studios where they are digitally selected and optimised. Top
COMPOSITE TEMPLATES
Then the individual pictures are chosen to create your one off composite prints. Top
UPLOAD
They are then uploaded to the photographic lab for print production. Top
PRODUCTION
We are partnered with the largest professional photographic laboratory in the UK and exclusively use Fuji Crystal Archive professional paper which is thicker than the retail version. Fuji themselves give assurances that it will not fade in the same way as some other brands of colour paper. The latest technology machinery and software solutions are used to get the very best quality reproduction from the images. Top
RETURN FROM LAB
They are sent to our studio where they are checked. We will arrange the viewing only when the prints have been through our quality control check and we are fully satisfied. Top
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE
Average time from the day of the shoot, to receiving your prints is approx 14 working days. Top
VIEWING
We will call and arrange a convenient time for you to view your pictures and select your purchases. Payment can be made using, cash, cheque and Eazsy pay. Top
WHO DO I CONTACT ABOUT MY ORDER
We will provide you with an online tracking account, this is so at anytime you can track the progress of your prints. You will have a user name and password to access your account.

CHEQUE
Minimum deposits of £70 can be paid by cheque with a valid cheque card. We also accept post dated cheques for the outstanding balance after the initial £70 deposit. Top
EAZSY PAY
No interest, just a one off administration fee of £20.00 on top of your chosen package price.
A deposit of £70.00 is required, then, 2 further payments are required on agreed dates over the next 2 months.
If you wish to pay this off before the agreed dates, then there are no early redemption fees.
If you do choose the eazsy pay plan, you will receive one print initially and the remaining pictures will be delivered when the final payment has been received. Top
